Ian and Linda worked for LSE Preservation for 3 years as branch managers. They left in 2000 and started LSE Building Preservation.
Ian also runs the Building Lime Company and trains building professionals in the use of lime plasters and mortars as well as Waterproofing design and specialist building repairs.
Ian has studied building conservation and repair for 20 years and develops products and designs for waterproofing as well as plastering materials.
Linda ensures all contracts start and finish on time and within budget. LSE Linda Sorts Everything
Ian Scoggins
Based in SalisburyIan has worked with Ian MacLennan for nearly 17 years.
He is a very experienced with all forms of waterproofing and building construction.
Ian heads up the POLYPRUFE division of Maclennan-LSE Building Preservation LTD and carries out all of the CAD designs for waterproofing. Ian specifies work. Attends design meetings with architects and engineers and carries out site supervision, research and development of products, as well as supporting Ian and Linda in the running of the business.
The Onsite Team
The onsite staff are mixed trades but to a man professional and dedicated to customer service . All staff are fully trained in all aspects of the specialist work they carry out as well as Health and Safety. All staff are CCS card holders.
The Rest Of The Team
Many of the team have worked with Ian & Linda for many years. There are seven in the office and 18 on site with 5 surveyors including Ian Scoggins and Ian MacLennan.
Site Security
Boris / Young Boris:
is in charge of site security. Boris has been with the company since he was a young lad. On completion of basic training has grown into the role of head of security. Boris is extremely good with staff but due to his surly nature is not used in a customer interfacing or relationship role.
