The bay of the property
was pulling away from the
house causing massive
cracks inside and out.

| The ends of all the joists in the bay were decayed. The joist ends were cut back and bower beams were installed. |

HELIFIX Bow ties were then installed through the wall which held the joists and the outside wall firmly in place. |
